I was given a Dell latitude 5420 laptop that was going to be discarded.
The device already has a Windows OS that boots and does not prompt for any password until you get to the Windows Logon screen.
However the BIOS appears to be locked with a password and it preventing me from being able to change the boot drive order or the ability to boot from USB.
I have with a Service Tag number of 61PNM23-8FC8 be something that you can provide a reset for.
Also, I do not care about the existing contents of the hard drive that came with the device as that is going to be scrapped.
